Park Chan-yeol (박찬열), popularly known as Chanyeol is a South Korean singer, rapper and one members of EXO under Sm Entertainment who debuted last April 8, 2012. He is also one of the members of the subunit EXO-M and EXO-SC.

Biography
Chanyeol was born in Seoul, South Korea, on November 27, 1992. Park Yura, his older sister, is an announcer. He attended Hyundai Chungun High School in Dong-gu, Ulsan, and was accepted into a private acting school at the age of sixteen. Chanyeol has been a fan of musical instruments since he was in elementary school, and he credits the film School of Rock with inspiring him to learn to play the drums. He really wants to be a star someday. Chanyeol successfully auditioned for S.M. Entertainment through the S.M. Casting System. On February 23, 2012, Chanyeol became the twelfth and last member of EXO to be formally introduced to the public.
