Refund & Exchange Policy
Unnie Looks aims to deliver satisfactory products and service to our customers.
Before we ship out your product, we do a quality control check on your products.
We always do...
1. A quality check on the product before packing it into our ziploc bags ✅
2. Issue a tracking number to ensure that our factory staff have pushed out your product to our logistic partners ✅
3. Have a support team that is ready to answer your enquiries ✅
In the event you are not satisfied with the product due to the below reasons:
- Item was faulty or defective when received
- A different size/color item was received
- Incorrect item was received
Please follow the instructions below if you are looking for a return:
1. Do kindly drop our Customer Team an email at email@example.com for further assistance within 30 days of receiving the item.
Title the subject line of your email with <CUSTOMER NAME + ORDER NUMBER> --- Return/Refund
2. We will ask you a few questions about your order to verify your identity / find out what issue you faced (so we can improve in the future).
3. You will be issued instructions on how to send the product to our warehouse after we have accepted your returns request.
Once you have returned the product and our warehouse has received the item in hand, we will issue you a refund. If you have paid using paypal, we will receive your money within 6-10 days after receiving your product. If you paid using a standard card like VISA or mastercard, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be purchased.
In your support email please include the following information:
1. Your order number
2. The EXACT names of the products that you want to return
3. The reason for your return or exchange
4. A couple of CLEAR pictures of the defective part (take using your phone) + you wearing the product (to show which part is defective)
*If with the photos we cannot identify what the issue is, we will turn down your return request.
**Do kindly note that we would require your full cooperation in providing images of your order and details for your account for us to check and assist or we will not process your request.

"Return / Refund --- Order Number <YOUR ORDER NUMBER> - <YOUR NAME>'
Please write the email starting with this:
'Hi my name is xxxx, I am requesting a xxxx. My order number is xxxx. The email I used in the purchase is 'xxx'.
<INSERT PRODUCT NAME> -- <Insert issue you faced>
Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return, and Unnie Looks reserves the right to turn down refund requests.
