Tips For Choosing The Right Size

Please refer to the size table against each product for an almost accurate measurement. Our sizes may run slightly smaller as they are asian sizes. We recommend for you to up 1 or 2 sizes should you feel that your stature is slightly bigger.  

Measuring your Body accurately with a Measuring tape

Chest / Breast 

Wrap the tape under your armpits, around your shoulder blades and under your breast.

Hips

Wrap the tape around the smallest part of your waist, just about your belly button.

Shoulders

Stand in a relaxed position with your shoulders back. Measure from shoulder to shoulder (It should touch the seam of your shirt).

Sleeves

Measure from the seam of your shoulder all the way to the bottom of your wrist.

Thighs

Wrap your measuring tape around the meatiest part of your thighs. Stand in an upright posture with your buttocks clenched.

Other Tips To Determine & Gauge Sizing

#1: If you are in between sizes, for example between an S and M, we recommend to size up to give some leeway and comfort when wearing our pieces.

In the past, we have had customers mention to us that they are 'unable to zip up' the back of their dress because it is too tight for them.

The reason why is because people underestimate how small or how thin celebrities are.

And the clothes are designed to be smaller in frame to fit tightly for the celebrities.

We highly recommend you to pick something a bit bigger than your normal size if you are not the typical asian size.

How long does it for my clothes to arrive?

Our clothes ship from China and Korea and will generally take anywhere from 7-15 business days to ship to major markets like USA, Australia.

Because each piece is sourced, designed and manufactured individually, it usually takes this time frame because we need to ensure quality of the finished fabric at the factory before shipping out your product.

How are my clothes packaged?

Every piece of clothing, be it t-shirt, flannel, cargo pants or hoodie will be packed in our UNNIE ziploc bag in order to prevent major creasing and damage during shipment.

After purchasing, how do I track my order?

After making your purchase on our store, you will be issued a tracking order number in a few days after we process your order.

This tracking order will usually be issued to you via email.

You can use this tracking number and input it into our 'track my order' page and see where your shipment is located.

After we have processed and shipped out your orders, our logistics partners will take over from there.

Why is it that some of your products are 'SOLD OUT'?

We want to be honest with you on how eCommerce clothing inventory works.

Because we have a lot of products, SKUs --- we do not have UNLIMITED quantities of a product in stock all the time.

A lot of the time, we are only able to produce a limited quantity of a certain design at a time because of demand for that piece of clothing.

If the designs are a bit older from previous years, sometimes we may have supply shortages.

In addition, recently there have been a lot of supply chain shortages and disruptions have made it even more difficult to forecast inventory planning.

So please if you are looking to purchase a specific design for yourself and our warehouse has it in stock, then we do recommend you to quickly get it!!

How does UNNIE choose which designs to sell?

We follow trends and idols in real-time. We have a team that is solely dedicated to actually keeping track on what outfits idols are wearing.

To their dress rehearsals, concerts, spotted in 'xxx', airports, youtube videos and on social media.

From there, we will work with our factory to produce the designs that are as close to the outfits.

We aim to drop new products every month.

Our store is run on Shopify & we use Shopify payments to process your payments securely.

How much does shipping cost if I don't qualify for FREE shipping?

Standard expedited shipping costs $7 USD for all orders below $60 USD.

We recommend you to buy multiple units to unlock free shipping because freight costs are quite expensive these days.

Limited Designs

Our clothes are not produced in bulk quantities. They are made-to-order in limited quantities because we have so many SKUs.

This means that whenever you purchase a piece on our website, our factory will produce that singular piece and ship it out to you.

That's why sometimes, some products that were previously in stock cannot be found on our website anymore and become OOS (out of stock) because of low demand/inventory for that design.

Why Are Some Clothes More Expensive?

The prices of our clothes are largely dependent on the complexity of the stitching, embroidery, style & popularity.


Usually the clothing that idols wear are unique, which means that they usually have specialy stitching or embroidery that is slightly different from mass market clothes you see being sold at H&M or forever2, that's why its more expensive to produce.

Also, because there are much fewer quantities of these types of clothes being produced due to smaller production volumes, the cost of manufacturing is more expensive per product.
