ASTRO signed an advertisement contract with the school uniform brand PL Schoolwear on March 3, 2016, just two weeks after their debut. The group modeled for the cosmetics brand LovLuv in April of the same year, and they were also named ambassadors to the 2016 Korea Youth Federation. ASTRO became the face of the restaurant chain Chicken Mania in early 2017. In late October, they were chosen as the new advertising model for Shinsegae Duty Free. On November 1, 2017, the group appeared in a commercial for Secret Day, a South Korean brand of women's hygiene products.

ASTRO endorsed the cosmetics brand ShionLe in March 2018.[103] In June, they collaborated with the dessert cafe Sulbing, creating and advertising custom menu items.[104] In 2019, they also endorsed Pizza Hut.

Along with labelmate Weki Meki, the group signed a brand deal with the school wear brand Smart School Uniform in January 2020. They were named the new muse for the Liz K cosmetics brand in April.
