During the checkout process, you can insert your phone number when checking out. We recommend this so that your phone number can be passed to our logistics carrier.
This is in the event that you are not at home during the shipping process, the carrier (eg. USPS) can still contact you to ensure your shipment gets delivered to you.
We have had customers in the past that had issues with their packages because they did not include their phone number.
When our logistics courier tried to deliver the package, the customer was not home and we could not contact them.

2. Please provide names of items and the reason for return/refund/exchange, attached with images. We appreciate clear pictures of the defective part and/or yourself wearing the product (to show which part is defective).
We regret to inform that should the photos be unclear or we are unable to identify the issue, we will turn down the return request.
3. You will be issued instructions on how to send the product to our warehouse after we have accepted your returns request.
Once you have returned the product and our warehouse has received the item in hand, we will process the refund. If you have paid through Paypal, we will receive your money within 6-10 working days. Why is it that some of your products are 'SOLD OUT'?
We want to be honest with you on how eCommerce clothing inventory works.
Because we have a lot of products, SKUs --- we do not have UNLIMITED quantities of a product in stock all the time.
A lot of the time, we are only able to produce a limited quantity of a certain design at a time because of demand for that piece of clothing.
If the designs are a bit older from previous years, sometimes we may have supply shortages.
In addition, recently there have been a lot of supply chain shortages and disruptions have made it even more difficult to forecast inventory planning.
So please if you are looking to purchase a specific design for yourself and our warehouse has it in stock, then we do recommend you to quickly get it!!
